Experience:
4 - 12 years Job Locations : Noida/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon Work Mode : Hybrid General Eligibilities & Skills: BTECH, MBA, Postgraduate in Pharma, Statistics, Economics, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in Lifesciences/ Pharmaceutical domain. Epi based Forecasting for Inline, Pipeline and BD&L Products/ Brands. Understanding disease and Therapy Area and its application to forecast. Understanding of secondary research support / validate assumption. Strong in Excel & any programming experience is good to have. Strong logical and analytical ability to solve business problems with minimal guidance from Leads. Experience in Pharma domain is mandatory. Statistical/ modelling knowledge, ability to transform data to insights. Good data visualization/consulting and storyboarding skills. Ability to lead and grow account portfolio, in tandem with other stakeholders. Demonstrated people, project, program, and client management skills with strong communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Work closely with project manager to define business problem, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis. Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client. Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements. Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automation. Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs).
