Sales Operations Analyst Responsibilities As Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving analytical insights and supporting growth initiatives across ZoomInfo's sales organization. This role requires an extremely analytical individual who is excited to take on key responsibilities, including:
- Forecasting - Provide visibility on sales team performance and proactively identify challenges the business faces in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Reporting and analysis - Drive insights for sales leadership by owning dashboards and reporting on key performance indicators, and sharing key findings with business leaders
- Account management - Coordinate ownership of customer accounts across Account Management team, ensuring balanced and effective assignments
- Dynamic analysis - Own analysis for key business problems as they emerge - we are growing quickly and every week provides new challenges requiring analytical insights
This role requires the candidate to work in the timings between 2pm- 11pm IST from our office in Chennai. Qualifications - 2-4 years experience in an Analyst role
- Top-notch analytical skills and ability to draw insight and meaning out of data
- Deep experience in Excel – experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus
