Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
Accountability for Delivery:
- Understand the CoE strategy and help operationalize the process and tools
- Using the knowledge of processes and tools provide task and delivery clarity to deliver with Speed and Quality
- Identify risks and coach the teams to mitigate these
- Supports continuous improvement activity with CoE and HR Ops
- Coach the teams and identify opportunities to developing new skills
- Design shared metrics and KPIs to improve service model and quality
Process Co-Owner:
- Use data to help drive CoE decisions and provide visibility into pain points
- Continuously engage with CoE Process Owners & Delivery Team to understand new process or policies and use the opportunity to streamline & improve the process.
- Ensure proper documentation, Knowledge, Control & Change Management of the process are established and maintained
- Guide and train the Delivery Team process knowhow and clarity on execution.
- Own change management within HR Operations
- Drive translation of Change Requests into actions for HR Ops
- Serve as Tier 2 and Tier 3 and use issue management as a driver for change
Collaboration
- Establish and maintain close interaction, communication and two-way feedback between HR Operations and HR CoE teams
- Drive smart decision making to foster brilliant employee’s experience
- Regularly assess progress with key stakeholders to keep our approach dynamic as the organization evolves
- Be an active and collaborative member of the Global HR Processes and Governance Team to strengthen and develop the HR Operations strategy, develop further efficiencies, ensure consistency of management approaches and sharing of best practices.

Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR CoEs or HR Operations working with cross functional and cross culture teams
- Experience in leading or implementing complex system/process related projects in partnership with CoEs
- High degree of client orientation and service mind-set
- Strong analytical skills, initiative and ingenuity to solve complex problems and implement remedial measures
- High degree of structure and self-organization and result orientation
- Ability to build relations across various teams / countries / cultures
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation skills)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Sound Operations & project management experience
