Job Overview
In this role, you will make global travel arrangements / flight bookings for the maritime industry.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by the effective execution of each of our clients' travel plans.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
• Book flight and other transportation arrangements as well as accommodations.
• Provide information about travel destinations and accommodations.
• Handling client inquiries, complaints and cancellations if any.
• Keeping up-to date with travel industry trends, regulations and requirements.
• Building and maintaining relationships with travel industry suppliers.
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• Training certificate from IATA is a MUST.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in Travel and Tourism or similar field.
• Excellent knowledge of travel software.
• Preference will be given to those who have worked in Maritime travel industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
