Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Service Coordinator to join our team. The Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating field service activities, managing field technicians, Product consultants and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate field service activities, including scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and managing service requests.
  2. Assign service calls to field technicians based on availability, skills, and geographic location.
  3. Communicate with clients to confirm appointment details, provide service updates, and address any concerns or issues.
  4. Monitor field service operations to ensure adherence to schedule and quality standards.
  5. Provide support and guidance to field technicians, including troubleshooting technical issues and offering assistance as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including time logs, work orders, and client feedback.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to coordinate service delivery and resolve customer inquiries.
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the field service department.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations of field technicians and provide coaching and training as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience in field service coordination or related role.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  5. Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of field technicians.
  6. Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to field technicians.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and field service management software.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
