Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive / OPT Recruiter at Winaxis LLC located in Ahmedabad. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role that includes sales, marketing, market planning, market research, and communication. They will be responsible for recruiting and staffing for tech & non-tech people in the US, UK, and Canada, especially for F1 OPTs, H1B, and green-card holders of the USA.
Qualifications
Experience In bench sales recruitment process
Experience in market planning, market research, and communication
Experience in sales and marketing
Demonstrated ability in recruiting and staffing for tech & non-tech people in the USA, UK, and Canada
Understanding of the F1 OPT, H1B, and green-card holder recruitment process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
