Job description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Executive Assistant (EA) to provide crucial administrative support to our CEO. Proficient in MS Office the ideal candidate will adeptly manage daily tasks foster smooth communication and contribute to the overall efficiency of our office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as the CEOs primary communication liaison coordinating meetings and correspondence effectively across email sms whatsapp.
Manage (schedulereschedulecancelRSVP) executive meetings including agenda preparation minutetaking and ensuring timely followup on action items.
Track departmental goals follow up on tasks prepare summary of progress.
Help the CEO in preparation of reports presentations and spreadsheets.
Facilitate vendor interactions negotiate/renew contracts and provide general administrative support with confidentiality.
Demonstrate smart decisionmaking by addressing challenges proactively and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
Key Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will be a key player in ensuring the CEOs office functions seamlessly.
