Role and Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager at Shreeji Softinfo Consultancy LLP you will be responsible for driving business growth and market expansion through strategic planning and client relationship management. Your role will involve:
- Identifying and Pursuing Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients industries and trends. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their value proposition. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing their needs and concerns. Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Expansion: Explore and enter new markets to expand the companys reach. Develop and execute market entry strategies to ensure success in diverse regions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product development and operations to align business strategies and objectives. Provide valuable input to product development based on market feedback.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities sales progress and market trends. Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve business challenges.
