Job description

Base location – Bangalore / Hyderabad Desired candidate profile: Be responsible in Lead Generation, Cold calling, Business Development, Inside Sales in IT Solutions/Services sales Someone with good understanding of IT Managed Services, Datacenter Services, Cyber Security, partner ecosystem and fair technical bent of mind. Should have worked on any of the CRM tools. Aggressive and target driven, self-motivated

Job Responsibilities: Lead generations through databases, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, social media, etc. Database generation and maintenance Engaging with customers through. calls/campaigns/referrals to generate new sales opportunities. Connecting and maintaining healthy relationships with influencers and decision-makers involved in procuring IT/ITeS solutions. Building sales funnel and keeping track of closure Identifying the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate solutions. Managing to capture customer information & update CRM on a daily basis. Should be able to qualify the leads/prospects and identify potential opportunities with BANT information . Work closely with all the OEMs and Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport. Work closely as a team with the respective BUs / Sales Specialist(s). Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities. Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features. Ownership of renewals. Maintain reports.
