Job Title:- Project Lead
Experience :- 6-9 Years

Work Mode:- WFO
Notice Period:- Immediate joiner - 15 days
Primary Skills: .Net core, Any frontend Technologies(Angular/React), Team Lead
Responsibilities: - Engage with client to mutually agree on the defined scope by analysing the requirements and designing the solution.
- Oversee, lead stand-up meetings, and mentor project team to develop full-stack web application and deliver projects on time, with quality and within budget.
- Participate in hands-on development, troubleshooting, deployment etc.
- Stay up to date on the latest .NET Core, Azure Cloud, and any of the UI (React/Angular) technologies.
- Enable implementation of unit tests and automated testing frameworks
- Collaborate with all stakeholders (client, leadership, team) to solve business problems and identify risks in advance.
- Mentor junior developers looking to develop .NET skills.
Requirement :
- Experience of handling software development projects with a minimum project team size of 5+ members.
- Experience in delivering projects with high standard of quality control by actively involving in identifying root cause of problem and solving it permanently.
- Should be a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in C#, .NET core with exposure to Azure Cloud apps.
- Hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as Angular or React (not Angular.js).
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft (MS) SQL (database design, joins, optimizing queries or stored procedures, backup / restore databases etc.)
- Hands-on experience working in Agile projects and experience working in Azure DevOps, Git repo and CICD pipeline.
- Experience in handling testing automation projects is desirable.
