Job description

Responsibilities

Performing vocal assessments of Students
Communicating with clients to understand their vocal training needs
Developing and providing Students with a lesson plan
Conducting one-on-one training sessions with Students whenever needed
Teaching clients various vocal training techniques and exercises
Training Students to participate in various competitions and concerts
Giving tips on preserving voices and performing warm-up exercises
Participating and networking at various events and conferences
Providing musical accompaniment during rehearsals
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Music or a related field
Proven work experience as a Voice Coach or a similar role in the Education sector
Excellent knowledge of musical notations, voice modulation, harmony, and anatomy
Excellent vocal coaching skills
Having a welcoming personality
Up-to-date with the latest developments in the music industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to provide motivation and an interactive learning environment
Good time management and organizational skills
Highly creative and disciplined individual
Detail-oriented and empathic individual
Ability to handle stressful situations
Having a good listening ear
Good leadership skills
