Job description

What are we looking for:

· Hands-on IT professional with 6-7 years sound experience on IT and information security

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
• Manage day to day operations of the company's local IT infrastructure and software applications
• Ability to handle routers, switches, access points
• Assist in implementing the organization's IT policy and best practice manuals
• Develop and implement policies related to IT security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure
• Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance
• Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
• Be part of a help desk and assist in daily IT security and incident response to ensure the IT needs of users are met
• Solid understanding of both Windows and Linux/Unix Operating systems
• Manage and monitor applications uptime and ensuring 100% availability
• Virtualization mechanism using VMWare or other applications
• Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems
• Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components
• Help establish a security policy to protect company information and resources
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Maintain data with respect to hardware and software and conduct physical audits from time-to-time
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
• Web server administration on IIS and Apache
• User administration – LDAP, AD and Security
• Mail server administration involving Exchange Online and other SMTP applications.
• Network applications & protocols : SSH, DNS, SMTP, SFTP
• Good knowledge in IT security related matters
• Good knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Sharepoint Online, Onedrive, Teams, …)
• Understanding about network and security involving LAN, Wireless, Ethernet, Firewalls, VPN, MPLS, Internet,
• Networking Concepts : LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Create and maintain all necessary documentation for operational and internal processes.

Soft Skills :

· Excellent communication skills in English – Both written and verbal

· Should be able to analyse and document ICT documentation.

· Self-organized and be a problem-solver.

· Be creative, independent, hardworking, team player.
