Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Optimize website content and conduct regular SEO audits
  • Create and manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords, social media ads)
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all online platforms
  • Utilize social media platforms to drive engagement and build brand awareness
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize performance based on the data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and consumer behavior
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing strategies
  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar for content creation and publishing
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies
  • Generate regular reports on the performance of digital marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Proficient in content management systems, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
