Job Description:
To promote the growth and development of sales in the Western region of India by preparing and applying customer-oriented solutions based on our portfolio. The job involves identifying the Automotive Assembly Process and positioning our Machine Vision Solutions to support and help customers improvement in enhancing their Quality. Our Solutions developed involving both technical involving Process Automation would be needed and proposals with budget estimates will be your task leading to negotiations. To help you reach successful sales you will work in close collaboration with fellow team members along with Divisional Team who will act as support mechanism.
In this role, your responsibilities are:
Experience: A 3 - 4 years of experience in Industrial sales of technically advanced products with proven knowledge of Automotive Assembly Process and Automation solutions. A good business insight and a proven track record of leading, coordinating and completing various successful Automotive Assembly Line Projects will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Machine Vision Solutions and application knowhow of Press Shop, Body and Paint Shop will be an added advantage.
An experinced candidate with more experience may be considered with a suitable designation.
Education: You hold a Qualification in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation preferred). We also consider Engineering with a Master in Business Administration.
Personality: In order to create and continue building fruitful relationships, your ability to develop solutions based on your understanding of the customer's needs will be highly commendable. Your Attitude with Confidence, Growth Mindset and Motivation determines your Personality. Great presentation skills in implementing our solutions effectively on all levels of the organization. Innately, you should be highly ambitious, dynamic and committed to delivering results.
