Job description

The job of a Bank sales Manager involves overseeing the development and performance of all sales activities, recruiting staff, directing a sales team, establishing strategic plans to achieve maximum profits, and expanding the customer base through extensive marketing and handling excellent customer support.

Skills :

Proven leadership and organizational skills, advanced computer skills, and extensive experience in sales, market requirements, customer support, and advertising techniques. He/she must also be able to drive sales teams and work in stressful environments.

Job Responsibilities :

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents

- Delivery of Minimum business guarantee

- Generate leads from the open market

Qualification: Graduate / MBA

Experience: 1 to 4 years of Field Sales & marketing

Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
