We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the Founder as they lead the charge in shaping the future of digital influence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gatekeeper and Liaison:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage communication flow, ensuring the Founder's time is optimized and priorities are clear.
- Calendar Management:
- Handle intricate scheduling, coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments with efficiency.
- Anticipate and prepare for upcoming commitments, ensuring the Founder is well-prepared for engagements.
- Travel Coordination:
- Arrange seamless travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel plans align with the Founder's preferences and business requirements.
- Information Management:
- Organize and maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare briefs and documentation for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Task Execution and Follow-Up:
- Execute tasks as assigned by the Founder, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Follow up on action items and commitments made during meetings to drive progress.
- Project Support:
- Assist in various projects, collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Office Operations:
- Oversee general office operations to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Proactively address administrative needs to enhance the Founder's efficiency.
Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
