BRANDART Packaging Procurement India ( is looking for an:
Accounts Associate based in LVB Nagar, Karur-639002. Tamilnadu, India Main tasks and responsibilities Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing SAP system reports to balances Gather goods purchase invoice from the supplier and verify it with SAP (Value and Qty) and make entry in to SAP on a regular basis. Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly SAP reports Continuing to improve the payment process TDS/TCS and GST filing monthly basis To be able to extract monthly GST Purchase and sale register and preparing GSTR-1 & GSR 3B, TDS/TCS reports within the timeliness. To be able to generate monthly ledger, Trail balance, payment book keeping etc.. Calculate on quarterly bases the P&L for advance tax purposes Support consultant on annual audit processes. Required skills UG/PG degree in accounts/finance Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar role Technical Skills Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Proficiency in Accounting software and Online govt portals Languages required: fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi will be a plus) Good knowledge of SAP Personal skills: Ability to work both independently and in team Strong written and oral communications skills Precision Analytical Well organized Attentive to details and deadlines Able to set up priorities Flexibility Please apply to this position by sending your resume.Job tags
