Planning and Implementation of Recruitment - LinkedIn job postings - Management and periodic posting of job openings on the website (approximately once a month) - Collaboration with the HR team and support for recruitment communications Planning and Implementation of Events to Maximize Brand Value - Branding support for tech events - Creation of event pages, promotion of event pages (Meetup.com etc) - Preparation and support for YouTube streaming Planning and Implementation of Programs for Creating and Communicating Internal Culture - Support for the creation of regular employee blogs, reviews, and posting Research and Analysis for Strengthening Employer Brand - Semi-annual confirmation of rough trends in the recruitment market and additional measures, changes in priority - Semi-annual evaluation and summary of Mercari India's outreach activities Proposal and Implementation of Measures to Improve Engagement in Recruitment Activities - Participation in offline external and internal events (as needed) - Building relationships with employees Collaboration and Building Cooperative Relationships with External Partners - Introduction of PR agencies - Negotiation, coordination, direction for PR agency activities, collaboration tasks - Introduction of external vendors - Selection, negotiation, coordination, and direction for video and audio content creation

Requirements: Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Employer Branding, along with the following abilities: 1. **Business and Marketing Knowledge:** - Experience in formulating and executing Employer Branding strategies requires a solid understanding of business and marketing. The ability to comprehend the competitive environment, grasp job seeker needs, and devise effective strategies is essential. 2. **Communication Skills:** - Excellent communication skills are crucial for the success of Employer Branding. The ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders and accurately convey brand messages is required. 3. **Digital Marketing Knowledge:** - Effective Employer Branding through digital channels necessitates knowledge of digital marketing, including the use of social media and online advertising. The ability to leverage digital channels skillfully to reach the target audience and enhance brand awareness is crucial. 4. **Analytical Skills:** - Measurement of Employer Branding effectiveness and optimization of strategies require strong data analysis skills. The ability to analyze recruitment and marketing data, derive insights, and propose improvement measures is essential. 5. **Project Management Skills:** - Employer Branding activities encompass a wide range of tasks, requiring the management of multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates should possess project management skills, organizational planning, and the ability to set appropriate priorities.
