About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Recruitment Manager to join our growing team and lead our talent acquisition efforts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, driving successful placements, and exceeding revenue targets while fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market trends. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and vendors. Set hiring goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, quality of hire, and cost management. Coach and mentor team members on best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Client Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and requirements in depth to source and present the best candidates. Negotiate contracts and fees with clients. Manage client expectations throughout the recruitment process and celebrate successful placements. Proactively gather client feedback and implement improvements to continuously enhance satisfaction. Team Management Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team with a strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and motivation. Delegate tasks effectively, provide feedback, and support professional development of team members. Implement performance management systems and conduct regular performance reviews. Revenue Generation Contribute to achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets through efficient and effective placements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Analyze market trends and develop strategies to maximize profitability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably with a proven track record of success in managing teams and exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Demonstrably adept at negotiation and contract management. Data-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
