Primary Responsibilities Strategic and planning
- Plan Talent Acquisition, manpower budgeting, administration, contract management and seek necessary approvals
- Planning of annual training calendar, engagement calendar, talent reviews with HOD's.
Functional
Core
- Monitoring, managing and reviewing Budgets to ensure Adherence
- GMI (Gross Margin Improvement) planning & execution
- Driving recruitment activities of temporary and permanent associates (Plant & Management) based on budgeting and manpower planning for M3 and below
- Driving the L&D process for Plant and management associates by aiding Training Need Analysis (TNI), IDP creation, training calendar creation and execution & Impact analysis
- Manage quarterly Talent reviews, career conversations and ensure execution of the action / development plans, identifying High Potential / performers and sharing the list with COE to build a Talent pipeline
- Drive the Engagement Calendar, monitor engagement surveys, share insights and facilitate action planning with business HOD's to create a motivated workforce
- Fostering the culture of Reward & Recognition and driving it across the business unit
- Execution of Goal Setting, Mid Term & Annual Appraisal in line with PMS guidelines
- Ensuring error free life cycle processes like onboarding, payroll, F&F, exit for Plant, Management and Contract workforce
- Managing welfare and benefits for all permanent and temporary associates
- Liasioning with Local & Regulatory authority for smooth functioning of operations / business
- Carrying out wage settlements as per defined timelines with union representatives
- Overlook Admin support for related activities like Transport, Housekeeping, security, infrastructure, CAPEX, front desk, accommodation, visitor management, communication, Mathadi etc.
- Providing related data for various internal & external audit's to ensure zero NC's
- Partner with business to meet business objectives and Strategic goals
Internal process
- Preparation of HR & Admin budget , 2. GMI tracker monthly submission on various cost saving initiatives
- Presenting unit level ARF's for approvals ,4. Review of HR Dashboard for data accuracy
- Finalization of Annual Training Calendar , 6.Cascade engagement survey outcomes to business and track action plans
- Redressal of R&R queries and concerns , 8.Monitor & ensure adherence to PMS Timelines
- Ensure submission of required MIS / Data ,10.Adherence to internal process guidelines for Wage settlement
- Submit proposal for budgeted CAPEX to seek approvals
People development
- Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department
Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members
Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles
Support capability development programs of ACG and by identifying and recommending the training areas
