Industry : Real estate Overview: Harshpriya Group, a leading real estate development firm, is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of real estate projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex real estate developments, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects from conception through completion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Oversee project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and proactively identify and address potential issues or delays. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, zoning ordinances, building codes, and other legal considerations throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and other external stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations, identifying lessons learned and implementing process improvements for future projects. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies relevant to real estate development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including entitlements, site planning, design, permitting, and construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders. PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Knowledge of local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
