Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas and take accurate minutes
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Monitor and track deadlines, deliverables, and tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project coordination
  • Provide administrative support to other departments and teams as needed
