Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Minister Furniture located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales in assigned territories, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and training sales staff. The Area Sales Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or related fields, with proven success in achieving sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and analyze sales performance Experience in managing sales teams, including hiring, training, and coaching Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareJob tags
