Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Assured & Protective India Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industrial safety shoes to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career with a reputable company.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety products, particularly safety shoes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our industrial safety shoes to potential clients.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities through various sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
