He will be responsible for Achieving Sales and profit Targets across the Region through the Execution of defined Strategies / Campaigns.Requirements & Skills·Direct supervision of a team of Franchise Managers to ensure the operational success of the Franchise Network within the region.·Experience managing a high-performance sales team.·Need to Handle FOFO Model·Partner with Franchisees and their respective Franchise Managers to continuously define and improve upon SOPs.·An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.·Works very closely with franchisee's Brand Manager Operations Manager, and internal partners (Allocation, Marketing, Merchandising, and Visual) and contributes, in a positive manner, to the group to develop strong partnerships.·Apt customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills·Strong communication and team management skills·Open to travel as per requirement·Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitudeResponsibilities·Develop and implement effective sales strategies.·Secondary and sales KPI’s drive.·Marketing drive at store.·Maintain P& L and ensure ROI of Franchisee.·Inventory Management.·Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.·Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.·Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.·Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.·Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.·Train and coach, the sales team·Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Eligibility and Qualifications·Minimum experience of 8-10 years in the Retail Industry.·Must have handled Large franchisee business. ·Should have handled a zone for at least 3 years preferably 2 zones.·Full-time MBA would be preferable. ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills·Retail Industry·Employment Type Full-time
