Job Overview
As an Office Boy at SNAPIVITE INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD., you will be responsible for providing general support to ensure the smooth running of the office. This includes performing various administrative tasks, organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the office area, and assisting with basic office operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience as an office boy or in a similar role is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
- Physical stamina and the ability to carry out physically demanding tasks

Roles and Responsibilities
- Performing various administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the office area including the pantry and restrooms
- Assisting with basic office operations, such as monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Running errands for the company, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents
- Assisting in setting up and preparing meeting rooms for client or internal meetings
- Providing support in handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining records and documentation accurately
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
