Job description

1. Utilization of industry expertise to penetrate the market and secure orders effectively.
2. Sell/market company products and provide consistent and qualitative customer service to customers.
3. Carry out regular visits to customers, ensuring maintenance of cordial customer/business relationships.
4. Process customer orders and follow-up with logistics personnel to ensure prompt product delivery in line with organisational policies. Liaise with the factory to ensure customer requirements are met at all times.
5. Log and address customer complaints; escalate appropriate issues and follow-up with relevant personnel to ensure proper resolution.
6. Ensure collection of all sales payments necessary to complete the sales cycle.
7. Constantly seeks to expand the market, proactively identifying and reporting on new/potential customers. Manage relationships with all customers.
8. Stay informed about trends, competitors, and customer preferences, providing valuable feedback for product development.
9. Preparing necessary MIS reports, costing, pricing and submitting them to the management for consent/approval.
10. Managing PSU/Private Tenders and Auctions.

3+ years of experience in Sales, preferably exposed to packaging, food, chemical, paints, agro chemicals, petrochemicals, oil industry.
