Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Mayur Vihar. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with prospective students, providing customer service, and sales. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for providing education and guidance to students regarding courses offered by Fluent Fast Academy.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in Education or Admissions Counseling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus
