Key Accounts Manager - Respiratory and Immunology
Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire Key Accounts Manager - Respiratory and Immunology - For Banglore,Chennai,Mumbai,Delhi Location.
Key Duties and Accountabilities
Develop Account Strategy and Plans
• Formulate strategies to enhance the positioning of company R&I products at a local level.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to devise local strategies and business plans to achieve targets and strengthen the positioning of company R&I products.
Create Deep Stakeholder Relationships
• Engage R&I Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in discussions regarding approved indications, product efficacy/safety profiles, and treatment protocols for appropriate patient care.
• Foster and maintain long-term collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Share stakeholder insights within company to enhance relevant activities such as product development and marketing efforts.
Build Capability and Knowledge in the Healthcare Ecosystem
• Enhance understanding of company R&I value proposition and product indications among relevant stakeholders in the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and Decision-Making Unit (DMU).
• Utilize various communication approaches and channels to disseminate knowledge within the MDT and DMU.
• Conduct science-based discussions with HCPs in accordance with company product indications.
• Organize multidisciplinary workshops and speaker programs, and provide support for relevant trainings.
Deliver on Plans and Achieve Sales Goals within Budget
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts while managing allocated budgets.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of company R&I brands using fair balance messaging and appropriate promotional tools.
• Ensure optimal utilization of company products in alignment with national/local guidelines and product licenses.
Maintain Compliance
• Complete all training requirements, including product examinations.
• Adhere to external regulations and internal policies, including the company Code of Ethics and Global External Interactions Policy.
• Maintain compliance with privacy policies and standards, particularly when interacting with Patient Groups.
Essential for the Role
• University Science graduate, preferably with an MBA from a reputable institute.
• Proficient in oral and written English communication.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Pharma sector, specifically in the R&I domain.
• Demonstrated high performance in sales, cross-functional engagement, and business acumen.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity effectively and maturely.
