JD- IT Inside Sales Executive Job Profile: IT Inside Sales Executive Experience: 1 to 2 years Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare for Meeting via Structured research about target clients in IT/ITES, Testing domain.
- Strong technical knowledge on Testing services
- Having an effective sales call
- Understanding the customer requirements by gathering the information as per the standard industry requirement to validate the lead
- Generate requirements from the client and check his qualification status5.
- Gather information related to right POC, decision maker, RFP, RFI, current vendors, and service level gaps.
- Schedule a meeting with the client and proposing the solutions and possibilities by giving POC or presentation
- Should make a follow up call in a way to attract clients
- If customers are not responding, try to understand their concern with phone or message or mail and record those responses in CRM
- Try to convince them by proving appropriate solutions and offerings
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the event Required Candidate profile:
- Minimum 1 to Year of Inside Sales / Business Development experience
- Preferably of selling experience in IT industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Comfortable with CRM, Power Point decks, online research, LinkedIn and various other lead generation platforms.
