Position Title: Autosys Support Analyst
Location: Hyderabad
Type of Position: Full Time
Exp:- 5 to 8 years
Work Timi ngs/Shift: 24/7 project rotation in all 3 shifts
Job Title: Application Support Analyst
- Job Summary: The Monitoring/Operations team analyst will be responsible for handling different applications related alerts, service now tickets, Chat pings etc. The support team is involved in handling the L1 (or) L2 activities and escalate to next level teams as and when needed. Support will host the calls base
Role and Responsibilities:
- Experience between 5 to 8 years.
- Should have work experience in Application support environment, Understanding of OS, and knowledge in Unix commands,
- Experience in Service Now, Gira (or) similar tools.
- Strong experience in handling bridge calls and supporting end-users.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proactive monitoring of ITSI dashboards and handling Service now tickets
- Good understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management and Change management
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to work in a team,
- flexibility to work different shifts, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Key Skills: L1 and L2 Application Support experience, Linux, Service now, Gira
