Responsible for planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals for Channel of the future.To plan and design concepts / strategy for Dealer / Channel for the 5 years to come.Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends.Conducts organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and to evaluate operational effectiveness.Analyze the main levers of growth or disruption of the different markets based on markets analysis, competitors analysis.Bring data, analysis, insights, market research in order to develop the Channel for the future.Analyse potential opportunities, analyse market / industry trends, conduct assessments of the different targets, analysing business models and new business models.Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
