Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketing Manager located in Gurugram. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing growth marketing initiatives that include marketing analytics, project management, web analytics, and marketing automation.

Execute: 1.

Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution calendar 2.

Plan, design and execute end-to-end online customer acquisition campaigns 3.

Create content for marketing collaterals such as ad copies, landing pages, etc. 4.

Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other specialised platforms) and drive content creation. 5.

Manage SEO Strategy 6.

Create & Execute organic lead generation strategy for Facebook and Linkedin (Groups and Enquiries) 7.

Manage email lifecycles to nurture leads and engage with customers 8.

Create and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns 9.

Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC for internal and external brands 10. Identify and test new digital channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics 11. Develop sales funnels for all internal and external brands for effective marketing 12. Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. 13. Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement 14. Analyse brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape reports with the Lead Storyteller 15. Create above report for client’s perusal monthly 16. Create a live dashboard for clients to track progress weekly 17. Own and manage the website creation & updating for Torrocks Brand Comm & Martini 18. Respond to existing and potential client inquiries (leads generated digitally) in a timely and professional manner, while upselling company products & services

Support & Input: 1.

Develop strategies to scale internal and external brands 2.

Ensure brand consistency in all the marketing activity 3.

Support team members to help them meet departmental goals 4.
