The OpportunityJoin BlueThrone as the first Lead Product Analyst and play a transformative role in shaping our analytics strategy. In this pioneering position, you'll develop a comprehensive analytics framework tailored to our diverse and evolving app portfolio.

Your Mission∙ Product Analytics Champ : Own the product performance analysis - Defining KPIs and User Behaviour Analysis. Help shape our business and product strategy and foster data-driven decisions by helping to set the right KPIs, analyzing users'
∙Collaboration Champion : Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, such as product and business leaders, and data roles to improve our understanding of user behavior and develop strategies to increase and optimize product engagement and usage. ∙Dashboard Design and Management Expert : Create, implement, and maintain customized dashboards and other business intelligence (BI) platforms ∙ Data-Drive Innovation, In-Depth Data Exploration: Dive headfirst into vast datasets to unearth hidden insights and generate actionable recommendations. A/B testing to optimize performance. ∙ Data Story Telling : Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information. ∙ Agile Project Leader: Expertly manage multiple remote projects, ensuring precision and agility in execution. Team leader but also a team player. Your Expedition Toolkit∙ Experience: 4+ years of analytical work experience , preferably for mobile app companies, online gaming/dating/friendships industry is a plus.
∙Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL, and BI tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker) experience in querying and visualizing large, complex data sets. ∙ Strategic Vision: Ability to conceptualize and execute data strategies that align with BlueThrone's business model and growth plans. ∙Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities to build and guide a high-performing analytics team. Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations. ∙Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote, global team environment. ∙ Adaptability: Flexibility to pivot strategies in line with new app acquisitions and evolving market trends.
