Job description
Positions and Obligations:
- To find possible clients, create and implement lead generating tactics. - Generate quality leads by utilising a variety of channels, such as industry networks and internet platforms. - Optimise lead generation initiatives by working together with the marketing team. - Take charge of and oversee an inside sales staff that is dedicated on converting leads. - Provide direction on efficient lead nurturing tactics and establish explicit goals for lead conversion. - Host frequent training sessions to improve the group's abilities in lead conversion. - Construct and carry out successful lead-based inside sales tactics. - Determine patterns and chances for higher conversion rates by analysing lead data. - Assist the marketing and sales departments in coordinating tactics to get the most out of them.
