Job description
Plant Operator-Water System -
- ITI/Diploma with 4 to 8 Years ofexperience in Pharma/Bio Pharma Plant, should be responsible for Operation ofBore Well/Water source, Softener, RO Plant, Purified Water Generation andDistribution System, WFI generation and distribution system, Pure Steam generationand distribution system, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance ofwater system equipment
- To Perform daily Chemical Treatment for Water Systemwith consumption record and to Perform Cleaning of Water System Equipment
Plant Operator-HVAC System -
- ITI/Diploma with 4 to 8 Years ofexperience in Pharma/Bio Pharma Plant, should be responsible for AHU system,BMS/EMS system, Preventive Maintenance of AHU System and periodic filtercleaning, to perform Air velocity and HEPA Filter Integrity, operation andMaintenance of VRV System, Maintenance of Split AC and walk-in cooler
Plant Operator-Fitter -
- ITI/Diploma with 4 to 8 Years ofexperience in Pharma/Bio Pharma Plant, should be responsible for preventive maintenanceand break down maintenance of plant/utility equipment.
Plant Operator-Electrician -
- ITI/Diploma with 4 to 8 Years ofexperience in Pharma/Bio Pharma Plant, should be responsible for Operation andmaintenance of Transformer, Diesel generator, Air circuit breaker, VacuumCircuit breaker, Starters, VFD
- Basic knowledge of operation of boiler,chiller, air compressor, water system equipments and perform breakdownmaintenance
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment, warehouse equipment and quality control equipment
- Basic knowledge of GDP, GMP ,Data Intigrity
- Basic knowledgeof safety requirements and work permit system
Plant Operator-Instrument -
- Diploma with 4 to 8 Years ofexperience in Pharma/Bio Pharma Plant, Maintain Calibration record ofInstruments, Chambers and Cold room, Calibration of Instruments, procedure for preventivemaintenance and breakdown maintenance, working principal of instruments and itstroubleshooting, Equipment problem troubleshooting, PLC wiring loop checking,Plant maintenance activity, Level sensor calibration, Computer knowledge
