The Senior Financial Services Recruiter is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company. We are a global team of almost 20+ Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK.
This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Advisor based in Tokyo and a dotted line to the Director of Talent Acquisition in the U.S. This is a hybrid role based in Mumbai, India .
What You ll Do:
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications
What You Have:
- 3-5 years of full life cycle recruitment at a Financial Services or Research Firm with a focus on Financial Sector
- Understanding how to recruit senior level candidates with the institutional buy-side / sell-side research and investing workflows background
- Ability to work in extremely fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
