Job description
We’re on the lookout for an associate creative director to conceptualize motion designs for B2B Tech for different media formats to fit the needs of external clients. Must have 6+ years of experience and be good with After Effects and Illustrator. The role involves less project execution and more creative direction.100% remote role.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MOTION DESIGN EXPERIENCE What does the role involve? -Motion Design, Explainer Videos, 2D Animation, Isometric Animation -Secondary assets like Ad creatives, Whitepapers, Social Media graphics, Banners, Website graphics, UI Design -Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material -Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy -Develop our company brand to increase brand presence - Hold self and others accountable to ensure tasks are completed correctly and only high-quality projects are delivered to customers What are the skills needed to do this work? -Must have experience working on minimalism, modern UX design elements, familiarity with frosted glass UI/UX -6+ years’ of motion graphics and creative design experience -Experience using design software such as After Effects, Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator -Strong typography skills -Excellent reading and research skills -You have high attention to detail regarding correct spelling, grammar, and sentence construction Benefits -INR 6-10 lakh/yr -WFH benefit: INR 2K/mo for WFH conveniences.
