Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Working Hours: 9 hours per day Day Shift
Responsibilities:
- Utilize innovative methods to source potential candidates for various job openings.
- Conduct thorough resume and candidate screening processes to ensure quality matches.
- Recommend and implement suitable changes to enhance candidates resumes.
- Maintain strong coordination with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage databases efficiently and ensure timely updates to the tracking system.
- Conduct indepth research on potential clients and new job openings.
- Dedicate regular time for selflearning selfimprovement and mastering hiring skills.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on recruitment activities.
- Work independently and responsibly demonstrating a high level of integrity honesty and trustworthiness.
- Preferred qualification: MBA in HR.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reporting Structure:
- This position reports directly to the Lead Recruiter.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nonIT hiring.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
- Excellent command over written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
