Job description
Join our team as a Finance Manager on an exciting journey in the world of digital marketing. As a Financial Associate you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations ensuring compliance and providing accurate financial insights. The role will involve managing accounting processes in the UAE and NL maintaining the accuracy of financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.. This role requires strong attention to detail a commitment to accuracy and an ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
On any given day you might
Purchase and Vendor Management:
Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships and negotiate favourable terms to optimize cost efficiency.
Salary and Labour Law Compliance:
Accurately process monthly payroll and ensure strict adherence to labor laws and regulations resolving compliance issues as they arise.
Receipt Tracking:
Efficiently track and reconcile receipts from international and domestic clients working closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
Master Data Management:
Maintain comprehensive master data for clients and monitor contract details to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.
Sales Billing and Variance Analysis:
Manage monthly billing processes meticulously analyze and resolve variances between actual sales and vendor bills.
Retro Commission Tracking:
Maintain records of retro commission ensuring transparency and compliance in all related financial transactions.
Compliance Management:
Handle monthly quarterly halfyearly and yearly compliance requirements collaborating with external consultants and submitting data and reports within due dates.
Bank Reconciliation:
Conduct bank reconciliation aligning actual billing with bank statements and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Finalization of Books:
Contribute to the finalization of books of accounts consolidating accounts as per Indian and international standards.
Payment Processing:
Release monthly payments for vendors employees expenses and statutory dues ensuring prompt and accurate disbursements.
Handling and Fulfilling Requirements:
Address and fulfill financial and compliance requirements and requests from various departments.
MIS Reporting:
Submit monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports as per the designated structure.
The Ideal person will
Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.
6 years of experience in financial documentation and related roles.
Strong expertise in daytoday accounting financial reporting and financial analysis.
Indepth knowledge of payroll processing labour laws and compliance management.
Proficiency in financial software and tools including ERP systems and Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Familiarity with regulatory and statutory requirements in the finance domain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel for data organization and analysis.
Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and recordkeeping skills.
You Bring
6 years of experience in financial documentation and related roles.
