Job description

We are looking for a dynamic individual to come on board as the sales lead for our management solutions. The primary role of this role is to identify, nurture and convert enterprise customers. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, the candidate is expected to build the sales organization.

Key responsibilities: ● Identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts ● Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts ● Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects ● Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle ● Monitoring the client accounts post conversion ● Working with product and strategy teams to define sales, marketing and pricing strategies ● Recruit and nurture sales team as and when required, Managing the existing sales team ● Setup best in industry sales and CRM processes

Qualifications: ● 4+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new businesses. ● Proven ability to manage the full life cycle of B2B sales ● Excellent creative thinking skills with an emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems ● Experience in working in a tech/product based environment
