A leading fine jewelry brand with a decade of experience, catering to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) who embrace the art of accessorizing with a touch of experimentation.

Your role will be instrumental in getting Y-O-Y double-digit growth in online business, generating high-value leads, and elevating the customer experience to new heights. -Spearhead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms to target and engage HNI/UHNI clientele effectively. -Own the P&L of the online business ensuring the profitability in alignment with our financial goals. -Direct the operations of the e-boutique, ensuring an exquisite and seamless shopping experience. -Build and lead a high-caliber team of online sales professionals adept at nurturing and converting leads into loyal customers. -Innovate and implement strategies to enrich the online customer journey and interaction with our brand. -Collaborate with the creative and content teams to craft compelling ads that resonate with our target audience. -A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a D2C brand or a renowned agency setting.

Candidates with an MBA from a Tier 1 institute with Digital Marketing Experience can be considered.
