This is a Lead Position wherein the candidate shall be responsible to drive the L&D positions across country. 

Should have experience in leading a team and L&D function in the Company.

Minimum - 5 years of relevant experience post MBA in only L&D role (Full Time MBA only, no distance learning course/ 1 year certification role)

Shall be required to travel across country at all locations.

Preferred industry - Non IT.

Supporting Actions

1. Conduct all training programs as per architecture for employees
   
2. Conduct variety of training programs as per varied and periodic need of distributors
   
3. Ensure timely updates in STMS for right record keeping 
   

1. Engage with distributors to identify gaps & opportunities. Link them with BSLI objectives and provide learning interventions to build mind share
   
2. Support with insights on competitive products
   
3. Ensure timely updates in STMS for record keeping
