We typically work with high growth venture funded startups based in Silicon Valley that are on a rapid growth and hiring path. Novoguild started in April 2021 and we work in India and the USA.

To further our mission, we are looking for an exceptional, high-energy Client Success Manager/Technical Talent Sourcing Analyst to join our team. You will be closely working with clients in understanding their hiring needs and recruiting high quality candidates. At the same time, we are highly focused on the candidate experience so you will create a delightful experience with all the candidates you work with.

What you will do:

Partner with startup founders, Software Engineering and HR leaders of our clients to understand their hiring goals Ask intelligent questions to clients and guide them through the hiring process Dive deep into the job description, understand the said and unsaid technical requirements and behavior traits expected of candidates Source and convert high potential candidates from LinkedIn, GitHub and other job sites Intelligently shortlist candidates to speak with from candidate databases Speak with candidates, show genuine empathy in your interactions and help them make wise career choices Continuously improve our internal systems and process to make your role easier Passionately learn about new trends and technologies like artificial intelligence Making sure a top notch candidate experience is provided throughout the candidate journey

Mandatory job Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA with an exceptional academic record. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Ideally between 0-3 years of experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to show initiative, accountability and work independently Self starter who is inherently motivated to achieve their goals Computer savvy and proficient with Google Workspace (G suite) and specifically Google Doc, Sheets and Slides. Good analytical and research skills High cognitive ability and intelligence Intelligent, curious and open-minded Love to learn and possess the discipline to learn new things every day High energy, enthusiasm and a desire to excel

Hiring process. joining and and onboarding:

We strive to deliver an exceptional interview and onboarding experience for candidates. Candidates will have to fill and send in a take home intake form. This will be followed by an introductory call and up to three to four rounds of interviews. Once a candidate joins, there will be a six month probation period, where you will be more than adequately supported by team members and also challenged to learn and excel. Completion of probation would happen on or before six months based on your performance and your position will be confirmed at the end of the probation period.

Pay Range: Rs. 3 Lakhs- 6 Lakhs per annum
