Role Description

This is a full-time MERN Stack Developer role located at SnabbTech in Mohali. The role is hybrid, meaning that while some work can be remote, they will need to come to the office in Mohali for some days. The responsibilities of the MERN Stack Developer are to design, develop, and maintain web applications, including debugging, optimizing, and improving scalability, performance, and reliability. The developer will be responsible for working in an Agile team environment, following best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with developing web applications with JavaScript and NodeJS using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, NodeJS)
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, ES6, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Redux and NextJS
• Experience developing APIs and RESTful web services and integrating with the back-end systems
• Experience working in Agile and following best practices in software development, version control with Git, and continuous integration and delivery
• A solid understanding of database schema design, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field
