Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager (Cloud Kitchen) located in Bengaluru. The Unit Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen including food preparation, cooking, food & beverage services, food quality, and culinary management.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and culinary management
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage services and food quality standards
• Ability to manage a team and ensure operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
• Experience in the cloud kitchen industry is a plus
