Job description

Be part of a team that is successfully implementing the most advanced and intelligent technologies for our customers. We are currently looking for a Manager Intelligent Automation (RPA) to join our team in India.

We specialise in implementing modern business solutions and advising in business transformation initiatives across Europe Americas and AsiaPacific.

Your role will be to use your extensive knowledge in hyperautomation to deliver rapid innovative solutions to our customers.

You will work in an agile environment as part of a multifunctional team on a variety of initiatives.This will enable you to rapidly develop your career in an area of high growth at the sharp end of business innovation and transformation.

Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Lead client engagements managing the project scope budget and timeline
  
• Design and implement RPA based solutions
  
• Managing multiple project workstreams from scoping and planning to design development testing and deployment
  
• Implement metrics to track progress and milestones of delivery to client
  
• Manage a team of automation engineers providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
  
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor to clients
  
• Collaborate to develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability
  
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with RPA technologies (preferably UiPath)
  
• Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
  
• Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting such as strategy operations technology or finance
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
