Assistant Manager -

Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify & pursue new business opportunities through various methods like Research & Networking Activities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate revenue & drive the growth of the company

Set & pursue the Monthly Revenue Goals

Build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the existing & potential clientele to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction

Participate in industry events to represent the agency & identify new business opportunities

Collaborate with the in-house creative team to curate personalized business proposals as per the client's needs & requirements

Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s services as well as industry trends and competitor activities

Qualification & Skills:

Well, an ideal candidate would have a natural talent for turning chaos into opportunity!

Master in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills Smart communication and negotiation skills Strong project management and organisational skills Independent thinker yet a team player
