Project Title: Development of a setup for the preparation of stubble waste boards to be used in civil construction work
Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Duration: 15 months
Stipend: Consolidated Rs 36,000 per month + 10% HRA
· About the project: The project aims to design a setup for preparation of straw boards from the stubble waste to be used as replacement material in civil structures / civil construction work. After that fabrication of the designed setup and optimization of the process parameters for straw board manufacturing will be carried out.
Qualifications:
Essential: First class M.E./M. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering / Design engineering / CAD/CAM Engineering / Production Engineering or relevant Discipline.
Desirable: The candidate should possess a good knowledge of CAD/CAM software and materials. Additionally, candidates with good exposure to manufacturing field are encouraged to apply.
