About this role:

The Global Strategy and Operations team at Gartner is a unique opportunity for talented individuals to gain exposure to critical business functions and jumpstart their corporate journey. Associate Services Business Analysts are staffed across various services teams including Client Insights, Event operations and Service Advisors

As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with Gartner's Services business with the central goal of helping clients achieve their mission critical priorities. Based on the business requirement, you will get the exposure to interact with our global business partners and client managers. You will also have access to several senior business leaders from diverse and varied backgrounds. This role expects from you to rapidly learn, develop skills, and demonstrate increasing independence.

What you'll do:

  • Drive client retention and engagement by collaborating with and empowering Global service delivery groups across client retention life cycle
  • Continually engage with global stakeholders to generate in-depth insights on client priorities, articulate priorities into actionable insights and map Gartner assets and product offerings to client needs, to enable the stakeholders to drive client engagement
  • Assess the qualitative and quantitative value generated by Gartner offerings and assets for clients at different stages of client retention cycle, articulate and document the findings linking to client's focus areas, and thus, aiding the stakeholders in renewal pitches and driving retention
  • Assist the service delivery group with generating insights from Gartner diagnostic tools. Identify gaps, opportunity areas and suggest corrective actions leveraging Gartner assets
  • Drive Operational excellence leading to improved service productivity for our global service associates
  • Drive Events CoE to increase client registrations, engagement and other operational metrics leading to higher client retention for the organization

What you'll need:

  • Graduate program in any stream having up to 4 years of work experience
  • Strong aptitude for qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
  • Practical, intuitive problem solving and the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights
  • Good business acumen/orientation to understand client's priorities from a CXO lens
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, and proficiency in English
  • Strong Microsoft Office expertise –Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
  • Champion mindset
